Job Description

Full Stack Developer **The Opportunity:** As a full stack developer, you can resolve complex problems with complete end‑to‑end solutions in a fast, agile environment. If you’re looking for the opportunity to go beyond standard software development and help create systems that truly make a difference, we need you on our team. We’re seeking a seasoned developer with the expertise to build software and systems from initial vision all the way to production‑ready solutions. This role is more than just coding, as a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will guide and mentor a team as they learn new tools, techniques, and approaches. You will help a Marine Corps client tackle their most difficult challenges using modern architectural methods, advanced tools, and emerging technologies. You’ll ensure the solutions your team develops align with the current architecture and operating environment. Finally, you will help shape future functionality and enhancements to support long‑term mission success. Join us. The world can’t wait. **You Have:** - 4+ years of experience with a cloud environment such as AWS or Azure - 4+ years of experience with programming languages, including Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and a modern framework such as React or Angular - 4+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods - Experience with object-oriented programming, RESTful APIs, and microservices - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes with CI/CD - Experience with SQL or NoSQL - Secret clearance - HS diploma or GED **Nice If You Have:** - Experience with DevOps tools, including GitHub - Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products - Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications - Experience using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions - Experience mentoring within a collaborative team environment - Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization - Experience working with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance - Top Secret clearance - Bachelor's degree **Clearance:** Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required **Compensation** At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
