Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, deploy, and integrate scalable and high-performance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. This role is part of the Data & AI function, focusing on building cloud-based microservices and end-to-end application solutions. Position Purpose To design, develop, deploy, and integrate efficient, robust, and scalable web applications leveraging modern front-end and back-end technologies within a collaborative and distributed environment. Role Overview The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and integrating web-based applications. This role requires hands-on expertise across the full stack, with a strong focus on modern frameworks, cloud-based microservices, and Agile delivery. Key Responsibilities - Design, code, test, and deploy end-to-end web applications - Develop frontend applications using Angular or React - Build backend services using .NET, Node.js, and JavaScript - Create and optimize SQL queries using Postgres to ensure data integrity and performance - Develop and integrate Azure microservice APIs with secure and efficient connectivity - Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions - Maintain high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and user experience - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, and delivery Collaboration & Interaction Work closely with internal stakeholders through: - Daily stand-ups and sprint meetings - Regular coordination with project managers and architects - Knowledge sharing and code reviews Engage externally (as needed) with: - Vendors and cloud service providers - External partners during deployment and integration phases Required Skills & Experience - 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer - Strong frontend expertise in Angular or React - Backend development skills in .NET, Node.js, and JavaScript - Solid experience with SQL, Postgres, and Python - Hands-on experience with Azure microservices and API integration - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies - Ability to work in a remote/offshore environment - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred) - Proven experience in application deployment and system integration - Prior remote/offshore experience is a plus Core Competencies - Technical Proficiency (Advanced): Strong full stack expertise across modern frameworks and cloud technologies - Problem Solving & Debugging (Advanced): Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues - Collaboration & Communication (Intermediate): Effective teamwork and stakeholder communication - Agile Delivery (Advanced): Strong participation in Agile development lifecycle - Cloud Integration (Intermediate): Experience with Azure microservices and API integration
