Job Description

We are actively seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to support mission-critical Identity and Access Management (IdAM/ICAM), Authentication, Authorization, Entitlement, Attribute Management, and Digital Policy Management initiatives. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and an active Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with Polygraph. As a Full Stack Developer, you will join a highly skilled Agile team responsible for developing innovative software solutions supporting high-visibility mission applications used across the Intelligence Community. This role combines front-end and back-end development responsibilities while contributing to application performance, scalability, usability, and continuous enhancement. Details: - Labor Category: Software Engineer - Position Title: Full Stack Developer - Position Level: Level 1 – Subject Matter Expert - Salary: $220,000 - $245,000 - Core Hours: 9 AM to 4 PM - Location: Chantilly, VA ### ### Minimum Qualifications: - Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with Polygraph - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution - 8–12 years of relevant software development experience - Minimum 6 years of professional JavaScript development experience - Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as: - Vue.js - Angular - React - Experience developing both front-end and back-end application components - Experience improving website and application performance, including database and server integration - Experience conducting application performance testing and optimization - Experience monitoring production applications and troubleshooting performance, content, and user experience issues - Experience collaborating with product teams to define application roadmaps and improve usability - Experience supporting and enhancing existing production applications while developing new software solutions - Experience evaluating user stories and acceptance criteria to improve development quality - Experience participating in Agile development methodologies, sprint planning, and team scrums - Experience performing code reviews and maintaining high-quality coding standards - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, cross-functional Agile team - Commitment to staying current with modern web application development technologies and user interface best practices ### Preferred Qualifications: - Experience developing applications using Vue.js - Experience supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IdAM/ICAM) solutions - Experience building secure, scalable, mission-critical web applications ### ### Compensation: - Salary: $220,000 - $245,000 ### Retirement: - Full Vanguard 401(k) Plan featuring a wide range of investment options - 100% employer match on employee contributions up to 6% of salary - Ability to maximize annual 401(k) savings limits - Annual B4Corp Phantom Stock awards (2-year vesting period) ### Insurance: - Medical – United Healthcare (multiple plan options) - Dental – United Concordia Flex Plan - Vision – Vision Service Plan (VSP) - Mutual of Omaha Short-Term Disability (60% of salary up to $2,000/week) - Mutual of Omaha Long-Term Disability (60% of salary up to $10,000/month) - Mutual of Omaha Life Insurance ($200,000) ### Employee Referral Bonus: - Earn $3,000 per year for every referred employee who remains with B4Corp ### Paid Time Off (PTO): - Seven weeks of paid leave annually, including ten federal holidays - Flexible work schedule with compensatory time (subject to customer approval) - Internal Tracking: LF-LCK-29
