The Experience unit at WalkMe is looking for a full-stack engineer. WalkMe Experience is the DAP gateway for hundreds of thousands of employees around the globe - this is where work starts. As part of the Experience Unit, you will be in charge of E2E applications research and development, from the building content process to the end user experience. If you are striving to develop an innovative product, make an impact, and work with the industry’s brightest talent as part of one of the fastest-growing and successful startups around – WalkMe is where you want to be! ### What will you actually be doing? - End to end development of features and systems that are used daily by key stakeholders, both internally and externally. - A technical focal point for software development best practices and design of main components, services and systems. - Integrate AI into the company applications. - Improve development workflow with AI capabilities. - Be part of an organic team developing in a fast paced environment based on CI/CD. - Investigate, implement and share new technologies and ideas. ### What should you bring to the table? - Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE from a leading university - a must! - Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows and LLM integrations (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code), including using AI tools to improve development productivity and code quality. - 4+ years of professional software development experience, with JavaScript and web technologies. - 3+ years of experience of server-side development with [Node.js](http://node.js/). - 3+ years of experience of Client-side development with React. - Experience in designing and developing large distributed systems and microservices architecture. - Experience working with AWS or DevOps. - Expertise in AI models and techniques, including strategic model selection and industry awareness. - Experience working with large scale applications. ### What we’d LOVE for you to bring to the table - In-depth knowledge of advanced AI techniques, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and other AI algorithmic methods. - Creativity, happiness and good vibes.
