**About the Role:** We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Frontend Heavy) to join our team in Islamabad. In this role, you will play a crucial role in building and optimizing our AI-powered restaurant management platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop seamless, high-performance user interfaces, while also contributing to backend development when needed. **What will be your responsibilities?** • Advance skills with HTML5, CSS3 including working with canvas, flex and animations. • Develop and optimize intuitive, responsive, and scalable UI components. • Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and security. • Implement and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend applications. • Ensure code quality through unit testing (Jest, Mocha) and CI/CD pipelines. • Work with Git-based version control and follow agile development practices. • Optimize performance and scalability of the application for various devices and browsers. **What are we looking for and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?** ***Must-Haves:*** • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development. • Experience with UX/UI best practices and front-end performance optimization. • Strong frontend expertise in ReactJS, Angular, or similar frameworks. • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript. • Experience in backend development using NodeJS, ExpressJS, or NestJS. • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL, query optimization, ORM frameworks). • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write scalable, efficient code. ***Nice-to-Haves:*** • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Interest in automation and DevOps practices. **Why Join AIO?** Our mission is to revolutionize the US restaurant industry by providing a comprehensive and fully integrated solution that empowers restaurant owners to efficiently manage all aspects of their business.
