Line of Business: Technology Solutions Job Description: The Full Stack Principal Engineer is a senior, hands-on technical leader responsible for defining system architecture, driving engineering excellence, and delivering scalable, resilient, production-grade solutions. This role partners closely with engineering teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders to solve complex problems, translate strategy into executable designs, and actively contribute high-quality code and automation. This role also leads the adoption of AI-first engineering practices, including leveraging machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and agentic architectures to accelerate development, improve system intelligence, and enable autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows across the product lifecycle.
