### About the Opportunity
Our client, TwinEngines, is looking for a talented Full Stack Software Developer to join its growing engineering team in Costa Rica.
This is an exciting opportunity for a developer who enjoys creating modern, cloud-connected applications that integrate ERP, CRM, AI, shop-floor systems, and mobile platforms to solve real business challenges within manufacturing, distribution, and industrial environments.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical applications while collaborating with engineering teams in both Costa Rica and the United States.
### Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Windows, Web, and Mobile applications using .NET MAUI and Microsoft technologies.
- Build cloud-connected solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure and AI services.
- Develop portals, shop-floor applications, collaboration tools, and mobile solutions.
- Participate in solution architecture sessions to design scalable systems, processes, and data flows that enhance ERP capabilities.
- Implement AI-powered features, including computer vision, OCR, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Create dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI to support business decision-making.
- Integrate applications with ERP systems, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, CRM platforms, and third-party solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across Costa Rica and the U.S. to deliver high-quality, scalable software.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives following Lean Agile methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
