Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer – Cloud & Integration Platforms based in the United States.
This remote engineering role offers the opportunity to build and support modern cloud-native applications that power critical enterprise workflows. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, working on frontend experiences, backend services, APIs, and integrated data solutions. The position combines software development, cloud architecture, automation, and operational excellence within a highly collaborative environment. You will help design scalable, secure, and reliable platforms while solving complex challenges across distributed systems. Working with engineering, data, security, and business teams, you will play a key role in delivering impactful technology solutions. This opportunity is ideal for a self-driven engineer who values ownership, innovation, and building resilient systems at scale.
### Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications, including modern user interfaces, backend services, and API-based integrations.
- Build and support cloud-native applications hosted on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and integration services that enable efficient data exchange and automation across enterprise platforms.
- Support data-driven workflows, including batch and near real-time processing, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data teams, architects, security specialists, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline improvements and infrastructure automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Perform code reviews, implement automated testing strategies, and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
- Monitor application health through logging, alerting, and observability tools while proactively addressing reliability issues.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across frontend, backend, integrations, and data systems, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support resources for applications and platforms.
- Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule, responding to incidents, restoring services, documenting resolutions, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
### Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience developing full stack applications across frontend, backend, and integrated service layers.
- Experience with backend development using C#/.NET and familiarity with additional programming languages such as Node.js, Java, or Python.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development frameworks and practices.
- Experience designing and supporting secure, scalable APIs and distributed application architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.
- Strong database knowledge, including SQL, relational database management, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, data pipeline orchestration, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage production issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, navigate ambiguity, and continuously improve systems and processes.
