We're seeking experienced Fullstack or Backend-Developers with a strong systems-design mindset to join our fully remote team. What you'll do - Develop and maintain our web application across the full stack — from UI to backend logic - Build and ship product features across our modules: ticketing, documents, knowledgebase, team communication - Connect frontend and backend through clean APIs and well-structured data flows - Build robust pipelines for document- & email processing and 3rd-party integrations - Build and optimize agents for our growing template library - Operate in an AI-first development setup powered by Claude/Cursor - Manage version control and team collaboration via GitHub Our techstack - Backend: TypeScript - Frontend: Nextjs, React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui - Database: We don't want to disclose this publicly at the moment About Us We are a German automation agency turned into a SaaS with our product http://hausverwalter.ai. If you've read "Designing Data-Intensive Applications" (Kleppmann) – or simply think that way – you'll feel right at home here - Solid English for async remote collaboration; German not required - You work autonomously and take full ownership of your tasks - Comfortable working under performance pressure - Quick on the uptake and a disciplined approach to your work Please note that the application form on the next page is in German.
