Check our website --> [Appic by Hiflylabs](https://appic.hiflylabs.com/) ## Job Description Responsibilities - Take part in various partner projects, building end-to-end web solutions from UI to backend - Lead and contribute to development efforts across the full stack, supporting technical decision-making - Design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and best practices - Translate business and user needs into intuitive, scalable technical solutions - Collaborate closely with designers, customers, and fellow engineers to ensure alignment - Plan, estimate, and implement development tasks based on designs and functional requirements - Ensure timely delivery of features that meet both technical and user expectations - Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across the stack - Identify, debug, and resolve issues to maintain high quality and performance - Support team collaboration through clear task ownership and structured workflows ## Qualifications Requirements - 5+ years of experience in web application development, with exposure to both frontend and backend - Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably Angular or React - Strong Python development experience for building and maintaining backend services - Experience with Databricks (Lakebase, MLflow, Unity Catalog) - Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and component-based design - Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs or similar backend services - Experience with relational databases and ORMs (e.g. SQLAlchemy or equivalents) - Familiarity with basic DevOps practices and tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) - Experience deploying and running web applications in cloud environments - Hands-on experience with testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) - Advanced English skills (written and spoken) Personal traits - Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach - User- and customer-focused, with an eye for usability and experience - Comfortable taking ownership of features across the full stack - Detail-oriented, structured, and quality-driven - Collaborative team player with a positive, approachable attitude - Agile mindset and genuine curiosity for learning new technologies Nice to have - Strong full-stack profile with frontend as a primary strength - Experience with additional frontend technologies or frameworks - Exposure to other backend ecosystems (Node.js, Java, etc.) - Understanding of reactive programming concepts - Interest or experience in ML- or LLM-powered applications - User-level familiarity with Linux/Unix systems ## Additional Information Get an insight on how we work and check out our [Website](https://hiflylabs.com/), [LinkedIn page](https://www.linkedin.com/company/hiflylabs/) and [YouTube channel](https://www.youtube.com/@hiflylabs)!
