For more information, please visit http://www.ixigo.com ## Job Description About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend engineering skills (NodeJS) and hands-on AI experience. You should be comfortable working across the stack, but your core strength should be building scalable backend systems, APIs, and AI-powered product features.You will own features end-to-end, from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, and support. Roles & Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems - Build AI-powered features using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar - Develop RAG pipelines, vector search, agent workflows, and AI integrations - Work with databases including SQL and NoSQL; optimize schemas, queries, and indexes - Build async and event-driven systems using queues, workers, WebSockets, or streaming - Develop frontend features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS - Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to ship high-quality products - Own features across the full lifecycle: design, build, deploy, monitor, and support Skills required - 3+ years of software engineering experience - Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend architecture - Good hands-on experience with React / Next.js and modern frontend development - Strong understanding of databases, caching, async processing, and system design - Experience integrating LLMs or building AI-powered product features - Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, AI observability, and latency optimization - Experience with testing, performance optimization, security, and production deployments Nice to Have - Experience with real-time audio, STT/TTS, conversational AI, or multimodal AI - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, or CI/CD pipelines - Open-source contributions or strong personal projects What We Value - Backend-first engineering mindset with full-stack execution ability - Strong ownership and ability to drive projects independently - Curiosity for AI and modern engineering practices - Clear communication and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment ## Additional Information Responsible for safeguarding sensitive company data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, and for reporting any suspected security incidents in line with the organization's ISMS (Information Security Management System) policies and procedures.
