Job Description
We're looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered experiences on the Salesforce platform. This is a full-time, onsite W2 role based in Plano, TX, for a senior design professional who can drive user-centered design practices while leading and coaching Agile Scrum teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design efforts including research, wireframes, prototypes, and UX flows
- Lead and coach Agile Scrum teams throughout the design and development lifecycle
- Design and maintain scalable design systems and information architecture
- Conduct usability testing and refine interaction design based on findings
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and cross-functional teams
- Apply Salesforce platform UX best practices to design solutions
Requirements
- 6+ years of UI/UX Design experience
- 3+ years leading/coaching Agile Scrum teams
- SAFe Agile Certified or Trained
- Expertise in User-Centered Design (Research, Wireframes, Prototypes, UX Flows)
- Strong experience with Figma, Axure, Principle, or similar prototyping tools
- Hands-on experience with Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Design Systems, Information Architecture, Interaction Design & Usability Testing
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform-based UX design preferred
- 12+ years of overall professional experience
- Valid work visa required (no Green Card/GC sponsorship available)
