Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Workato integrations with various SaaS apps
- Design and implement API authentication patterns (OAuth2.0, API keys, JWT)
- Build and optimize MCP workflows and Genie components
- Collaborate with product teams to define integration requirements
- Ensure CI/CD and environment migration best practices for integrations
Requirements
- 5–9+ years of hands-on integration development experience
- At least 3+ years of Workato experience
- Experience with SaaS integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake)
- Proficiency in JavaScript for Workato connector scripting
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP, data transformation, and middleware concepts
- Experience with webhook-based integrations and event-driven architectures
