Job Description
GardenOS is hiring a Patent Engineer to protect its intellectual property as it develops indigenized lawn care machinery technology. You will handle patent research, drafting, and filing for new mechanical and automation innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct prior-art and patentability research for new inventions
- Draft patent applications in collaboration with R&D engineers
- Manage patent filing and prosecution timelines
- Track IP landscape in lawn care and automation machinery
- Support IP strategy for domestic and export markets
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in patent drafting or IP research, mechanical domain preferred
- Strong technical writing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; patent law certification is a plus
