Job Description

GardenOS is hiring a Senior R&D Engineer to design and develop indigenized lawn care machinery. You will drive automation, sustainable design, and smart maintenance features across mowers and turf equipment as the company scales toward full-scale manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype lawn care machinery components
  • Lead automation and smart maintenance feature development
  • Collaborate with manufacturing to industrialize designs
  • Conduct testing and validation of new equipment
  • Mentor junior engineers on the R&D team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical/product R&D, preferably in machinery or automotive
  • Proficiency in CAD tools and prototyping
  • Experience with automation and sustainable design principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
