Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML and Generative AI models for high-impact research and advisory products
• Develop and productionize NLP pipelines for large-scale text understanding and information extraction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and research to deliver AI-powered solutions
• Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge LLM and Gen AI frameworks into existing workflows
• Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed ML models for performance and accuracy
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices around AI/ML systems
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML research and identify opportunities for application

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or data science
• Strong proficiency in Python for ML/AI development
• Proven experience with Generative AI frameworks (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning)
• Solid background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model training and deployment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
