Job Description
We partner with leading companies—ranging from industrial chemical manufacturers to global food ingredient providers—to solve complex challenges in reaching and serving hard-to-access markets. By acting as an extension of our clients' brands, we help them grow sales, optimize operations, and embrace digital transformation.
Our teams bring technical expertise, innovative digital tools, and a customer-focused approach to drive exceptional results. We don’t just distribute products—we create solutions that strengthen client-customer relationships and build lasting success.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Global Recruiter / HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This hybrid role is approximately 70% recruiting and 30% HR coordination, with the two responsibilities flexing in tandem: as recruiting volume lightens, HR coordination duties and projects pick up, and as recruiting intensifies, HR coordination work scales back. The recruiting focus is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various countries, while the coordination focus provides hands-on support to our HR team across HRIS management, onboarding and offboarding, events, and HR project work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse hiring processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to shift priorities fluidly between talent acquisition and day-to-day HR operations.
