At Ayvens we have an opening for a Global Remarketing B2B Business Developer What are you going to do? As our new Global Remarketing B2B Business Developer, you will play a key role in driving the execution of Ayvens’ B2B remarketing strategy across multiple markets. You will support the implementation of strategic initiatives, optimize sales performance through data-driven insights, contribute to digital transformation projects, and strengthen relationships with international traders. Working closely with local and central stakeholders, you will help improve the performance, profitability, and effectiveness of our B2B remarketing activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the execution of the B2B strategy and roadmap, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans for central and local teams. - Monitoring B2B sales performance, KPIs, and reporting frameworks while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. - Identifying, documenting, and deploying best practices and commercial guidelines across local remarketing teams. - Supporting digital transformation initiatives and representing business needs in central product and technology development activities. - Leading and coordinating B2B remarketing projects across markets, ensuring effective stakeholder management and delivery of objectives. - Building, managing, and growing relationships with international traders and key accounts across Europe. - Monitoring customer satisfaction and success, translating market insights into concrete commercial initiatives and growth opportunities. Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen and project management skills. You are comfortable working in an international environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and leveraging data to identify opportunities for performance improvement. You have a strong interest in automotive remarketing, digital transformation, and customer relationship management, and you are motivated by delivering measurable business results. You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is considered an advantage. - Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive remarketing, leasing, fleet management, or a related industry. - Strong understanding of automotive remarketing processes and used vehicle market dynamics. - Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations. - Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders in an international environment. - Strong commercial, negotiation, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills. - Experience in transformation, digitalization, retail sales, or change management initiatives is considered a strong advantage. - Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM tools, data analytics solutions, and MS Office applications.
