Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications
• Build and optimize Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications using modern AI frameworks
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, AI agents, and conversational AI solutions
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models for specific business use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms and enterprise systems
• Ensure AI models are scalable, secure, and production-ready
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices and technical leadership

Requirements

• 7–15 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML development
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI agents
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture, prompt engineering, vector databases, and embeddings
• Experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable AI system architecture
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
