We are looking for an experienced Guidewire DataHub/InfoCenter (DHIC) Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire, DataHub, and the Insurance domain to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter solutions that enable reliable data integration, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence across insurance platforms.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Guidewire products, insurance data models, ETL processes, and enterprise data integration. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, data engineers, and Guidewire application teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions that support operational reporting and strategic decision-making.
### Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter solutions to support enterprise reporting and analytics requirements.
- Configure and customize Guidewire DataHub components to ensure accurate and efficient data ingestion from PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and other insurance systems.
- Develop and optimize ETL processes, data transformation workflows, and data integration pipelines for high-volume insurance data.
- Design and maintain data models, database objects, and reporting structures that support operational and analytical reporting.
- Collaborate with Guidewire application teams to ensure seamless integration between transactional systems and DataHub.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure consistency, integrity, and accuracy across enterprise data platforms.
- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization strategies for large-scale databases.
- Troubleshoot production issues related to Guidewire DataHub, InfoCenter, ETL jobs, and reporting systems, providing timely resolutions.
- Support application upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and production deployments while minimizing business disruption.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, data mapping specifications, integration designs, and operational support documents.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and data management standards throughout the development lifecycle.
### What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire development, with strong expertise in DataHub and InfoCenter (DHIC) implementations.
- Strong knowledge of the Insurance domain, including Policy, Claims, Billing, underwriting, and insurance data models.
- Proven experience designing and developing Guidewire DataHub integrations, ETL workflows, and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in database design, query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire integration architecture, data mapping, and enterprise data management best practices.
- Familiarity with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Guidewire ecosystem components is highly desirable.
- Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data governance, and reporting architectures.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced enterprise environments while delivering scalable and efficient Guidewire data solutions.
