As a Guidewire Data Developer - Senior Associate, you will engage in building secure and innovative digital experiences for clients within the financial services industry, focusing on areas such as insurance and asset management. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to enhance applications for both traditional and mobile platforms, aiming to improve user experiences through usability testing and technology systems. As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and guide others by navigating complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage workstreams and deliverables, while also mentoring junior team members. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team that helps clients harness technology to improve their operations and achieve their business goals. You will be expected to uphold professional standards and contribute to the firm's overall business strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth. Responsibilities - Developing and configuring Guidewire applications, including BillingCenter and ClaimCenter, to enhance client solutions - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Guidewire systems within the insurance sector - Conducting usability testing to improve user experience for digital applications - Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business issues and streamline processes - Applying software development methodologies to create secure and efficient applications - Extracting insights from industry trends to inform technology solutions in financial services - Reviewing and refining work for quality, accuracy, and relevance in client engagements - Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and address their technology needs - Embracing change and adapting to new environments to deliver innovative solutions - Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and development What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Risk Management, Software App, Statistics - At least one of the following: Guidewire and Scrum Master Certification - Demonstrating proficiency in Guidewire BillingCenter and ClaimCenter - Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business issues - Excelling in software development methodologies and system development - Building meaningful client connections within the insurance sector - Embracing change and adapting to diverse perspectives and environments Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date
