The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment processes for overseas clients across multiple industries. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with international clients and build a career in global recruitment. ### Key Responsibilities - Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases. - Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews. - Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates. - Manage candidate documentation, profile submissions, and follow-up activities. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements. - Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality standards. - Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and status reports. - Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process. ### Requirements - Graduate in any discipline. - 1–5 years of experience in Gulf Recruitment or Overseas Recruitment (Recruitment Consultancy experience preferred). - Hands-on experience hiring for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, or Bahrain. - Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of MS Office. - Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a target-driven environment. ### Benefits ### What We Offer - Competitive salary + incentives. - Career growth opportunities. - Exposure to international recruitment.
