Job Description
.NET Software Developer needed for a 6+ month onsite contract role in Wixom, MI. The role involves developing and maintaining web-based applications using the .NET stack, with strong UI design and API integration work. Local candidates preferred; interview process includes virtual and onsite rounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web-based applications using .NET technologies
- Design and build APIs for application integration
- Develop and support WinForms applications
- Design and implement strong, user-friendly UI experiences
- Work with SQL Server for data storage and management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in .NET Development
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET
- Experience with HTML, Java, SQL Server, Data Structures, and Python
- Hands-on experience developing web-based applications
- Experience with APIs and WinForms
- Strong UI design and development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: mobile development (iOS/Android)
- Preferred: experience with SCADA platforms such as Ignition
- Preferred: strong mathematical and algorithm development background
