Job Description

Hastree is hiring a strong Team Lead to drive end-to-end development and lead a team of developers on high-impact projects. This is a 6-month contract role based in Noida with onsite/hybrid working arrangements, ideal for an experienced full stack leader who can own delivery and mentor a development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end development on high-impact projects
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers
  • Own delivery of scalable, production-grade systems
  • Design and implement REST APIs and scalable system architecture
  • Oversee performance optimization across the stack
  • Manage cloud deployment and microservices architecture on AWS

Requirements

  • 6-7 years of experience in full stack development
  • Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, MongoDB, and Express
  • Strong experience in scalable system design, REST APIs, and performance optimization
  • Hands-on experience with AWS / cloud deployment and microservices architecture
  • Proven experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and owning delivery
  • Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving a short notice period preferred
  • Candidates based in Noida / Delhi NCR preferred
