Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop cloud-native applications leveraging GCP services
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures
• Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka or Pub/Sub messaging platforms
• Develop scalable data-processing solutions using GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best development practices
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Requirements

• 13 years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful API development
• Experience with Kafka or Pub/Sub event-driven messaging
• Experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Storage
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines
• Must be local to Alpharetta, GA and available for mandatory in-person client interview
