Key Responsibilities

• Predictive modelling for customer acquisition and retention
• Customer segmentation and event-based marketing triggers
• Marketing effectiveness measurement and campaign optimization
• Translating business problems into data science solutions
• Deploying, monitoring, and continuously improving ML models

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
• Strong Python and statistical modelling skills
• Experience with predictive modelling
• Exposure to Big Data or unstructured data is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with business, product, and campaign teams
• Familiarity with Azure ML and Databricks preferred
