Job Description
HDFC Bank is expanding its Marketing Analytics team and looking for passionate Data Scientists who enjoy solving real business problems at scale. This role sits at the intersection of data science and marketing, leveraging machine learning to drive customer acquisition, retention, and campaign effectiveness at one of India's largest private sector banks.
Key Responsibilities
- Predictive modelling for customer acquisition and retention
- Customer segmentation and event-based marketing triggers
- Marketing effectiveness measurement and campaign optimization
- Translating business problems into data science solutions
- Deploying, monitoring, and continuously improving ML models
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
- Strong Python and statistical modelling skills
- Experience with predictive modelling
- Exposure to Big Data or unstructured data is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with business, product, and campaign teams
- Familiarity with Azure ML and Databricks preferred
