# Job Title: Field Recruiter Location: Asansol ### Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding bike riders and cab driver-partners through field recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable travelling within the assigned location. ### Key Responsibilities - Source and recruit bike riders and cab driver-partners through field visits, local campaigns, referrals, job fairs, and recruitment drives. - Conduct field outreach to identify and connect with potential candidates. - Explain the onboarding process, earning opportunities, incentives, and required documentation. - Assist candidates with document collection, verification, and profile registration. - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely partner activation. - Track daily recruitment, onboarding, and activation progress. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets. - Maintain accurate candidate records and share regular recruitment MIS reports. ### Requirements - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred). - 6 months to 2 years of experience in field recruitment, blue-collar hiring, sales, or business development. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with extensive field travel within the assigned location. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is preferred. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. ### Benefits - CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience). - Attractive performance-based incentives. - Career growth and learning opportunities. - Mobile and travel reimbursement (as per company policy). - Statutory benefits as per company norms.
