Location: PAN INDIA Responsibilities: - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and lead technical decision-making for the team. - Drive solution design and implementation for complex client requirements within the PTC Windchill ecosystem. - Lead the identification and resolution of critical technical challenges affecting project delivery. - Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development and skill growth. - Collaborate with multiple teams to align on key technical and project decisions. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project goals. - Conduct thorough debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of software components. - Ensure seamless integration of modules across diverse client environments. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical specifications and system designs. ### Requirements - Minimum of 6-11 years of professional experience in software engineering. - At least 5 years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill. - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and adherence to best practices in application design and testing. - Proficient in version control systems and effective code repository management. - Demonstrated ability to debug, optimize, and enhance software performance. - Experience in integrating software modules and ensuring compatibility across varied client environments. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Bachelor’s degree or higher (15 years of full-time education required).
