Job Description

## Description Lifetime Home Remodeling is expanding into Southern California, and we’re seeking a knowledgeable and motivated HR Generalist to support our new San Diego team. From onboarding and payroll to benefits and internal communications, this role is critical to building a strong foundation for our growing operation in the region. What’s in it for You • Competitive Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 annually based on experience • Full Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and wellness benefits • Build Something New: Play a key role in launching and shaping our San Diego market • Culture-Focused Environment: Join a values-driven team that invests in people What You Will Do • Partner with local leaders and recruiting to support hiring needs • Facilitate weekly onboarding sessions for new hires • Coordinate training plans and maintain job descriptions • Process payroll and manage updates related to pay, deductions, and taxes • Oversee benefits enrollment and serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions • Administer HRIS systems, company software accounts, and maintain equipment tracking • Manage FMLA, COBRA, unemployment, and worker’s compensation cases • Lead employee engagement initiatives, address concerns, and promote internal communication Required Qualifications • 2+ years of payroll and HR Generalist experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Physical Requirements • Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
