Job Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Intern to join our client's team for a 3-month internship period, with the potential to lead to a permanent job based on performance. The HR Intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases
- Help with organizing and coordinating training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback
- Support HR team in handling employee queries and concerns
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to HR functions
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work well in a team and willingness to learn new skills
- Prior HR internship experience is a plus
