### Job Description: HR Manager We are seeking an operational HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, organizational development and payroll. - Support the development and implement of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies - Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance - Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures - Manage HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Be responsible for payroll - Support change management If you are a proactive, hands on and results-driven HR manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills., we would love to hear from you.
