Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for an HR Manager (f/m/d) to join our Human Resources team and help shape the future of global commerce.
## What you'll own
- Lead the day to day HR function in Germany, partnering closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and regional Centres of Excellence to deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational growth to support the continued expansion of Commerz Globalpay GmbH.
- Ensure compliance with German labor law, oversee employee relations, collaborate closely with the Works Council, and manage monthly payroll processes.
- Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, organizational change, and HR transformation while embedding our OneGP philosophy.
- Lead and develop the local HR team, fostering a collaborative culture and delivering an exceptional employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
## What you'll bring
- Extensive HR generalist experience, including several years in an HR leadership or management role within an international organization.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on talent management, organizational development, and change initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
- Business fluency in German and English.

## It’s a bonus if you have
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a US headquartered, matrix organization.
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms, as well as Learning & Development and change management initiatives.
