Brief overview
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources for our Singapore and Malaysia operations. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive HR operations, payroll, employee experience, talent initiatives and compliance while ensuring a positive and high-performing workplace.

What You'll Be Doing
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders on people strategies and workforce planning
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and HR policies
- Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding
Payroll & Rewards
- Oversee end-to-end payroll for Singapore and Malaysia through outsourced payroll vendors
- Ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance and timely processing
- Manage employee benefits, tax reporting, leave administration and insurance
- Support annual salary reviews, bonuses and promotion exercises
Talent & Employee Development
- Drive performance management and talent development initiatives
- Support succession planning and learning programmes
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and workforce planning
Employee Engagement
- Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Handle employee relations matters including investigations, grievances and disciplinary cases
- Partner with stakeholders to continuously improve the employee experience
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies across Singapore and Malaysia
- Maintain HRIS, employee records and HR reporting
- Support HR process improvements, audits and digitalisation initiatives
- Oversee office administration, workplace services and vendor management
## Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
- At least 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to:
- HR Operations
- Singapore & Malaysia Payroll
- Employment legislation and compliance
- Employee Relations
- Hands-on experience managing outsourced payroll vendors
- Good understanding of Singapore and Malaysia employment laws, statutory requirements and payroll regulations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a regional and matrix organisation
