Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer business scenarios and architecture requirements
• Identify high-value LLM use cases aligned to business outcomes
• Design end-to-end MaaS solutions including model selection, fine-tuning, RAG, agents, evaluation systems, and deployment
• Lead proof-of-concept engagements for fine-tuning, RAG, multimodal interaction, and agent systems
• Solve engineering challenges involving vector databases, context windows, and prompt engineering
• Quantify AI-driven efficiency gains, cost reductions, and revenue growth for clients
• Promote Alibaba Cloud AI adoption and influence executive decision-making
• Build reusable demos, SDKs, Jupyter notebooks, and solution packages
• Train internal teams, ecosystem partners, and customers on GenAI technologies
• Provide product feedback and influence future roadmap development

Requirements

• Experience with AI architecture, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting
• Ability to design AI systems covering fine-tuning, RAG, agents, deployment, and inference optimization
• Experience driving AI projects from concept to production
• Strong customer-facing presentation skills
• Ability to explain AI value and ROI to executives
• Knowledge of 3–5 major competitors and ability to perform competitive analysis
• Experience assessing technical feasibility, project risk, and opportunity management
• US Citizen, Green Card holder, or EAD required
