Job Description
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (L3) to join our team and design modern, scalable web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, Flutter, Backend, and QA teams to create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. This role demands expertise in enterprise applications, dashboards, and workflow systems, along with a strong sense of usability, accessibility, and design consistency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components
- Design responsive dashboards, enterprise web applications, and mobile apps
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, Flutter, Backend, and QA teams
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across products
- Prepare developer handoff documentation and UX review reports
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in UI/UX Design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong skills in UX Research, User Flows, Wireframes, and Prototyping
- Experience building and maintaining Design Systems and Component Libraries
- Expertise in Responsive Web and Mobile UI Design
- Experience with Enterprise Applications, Dashboards, and Workflow Systems
- Awareness of HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, and Flutter implementation
- Strong knowledge of Accessibility, Information Architecture, and Usability Principles
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise, government, or citizen-service applications
