Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced analytics and AI solutions using machine learning and deep learning techniques
• Apply natural language processing (NLP) techniques to solve business problems
• Work with big data platforms including cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred, Databricks a plus)
• Follow best coding practices and contribute to software development standards
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to project leads and technical stakeholders
• Present data insights and analytical findings effectively to non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and developing advanced analytics and AI solutions using machine learning and deep learning techniques, including NLP
• Hands-on experience working with big data and cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Databricks a plus)
• Strong software development skills with adherence to best coding practices
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to project leads
• Ability to present insights effectively to non-technical audiences
• Must be a local Michigan candidate
• In-person interview is mandatory
