Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
• Conduct initial telephonic/video screening of candidates
• Support onboarding activities for new hires

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
