Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute QA/testing activities for SCDHHS Medicaid systems
• Develop and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts in TestRail
• Track and manage defects and testing tasks using Jira and Azure DevOps
• Coordinate testing efforts across Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure Medicaid compliance and quality standards

Requirements

• 15+ years of QA/Testing experience
• PMP Certification required
• Prior Medicaid experience required
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and TestRail
• Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Must be a local candidate to Columbia, SC (hybrid role)
