The Employee will help our organization to identify and bridge the gap that exists in the business by analyzing the data, scale and support digital transformation initiatives. ## Job Description We are seeking a Salesforce Mid to Senior Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce development, enterprise integrations, and healthcare solutions. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows. - Configure and customize Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Build API integrations between Salesforce, AWS, and enterprise applications. - Develop Agentforce-powered automations and Data Cloud integrations. - Support healthcare interoperability using FHIR APIs and HL7. - Participate in unit, integration, and UAT testing. - Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows. - Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce. - Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations. - Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, Redshift, and SQL Databases. - Experience with FHIR APIs, HL7, and healthcare interoperability is highly preferred. - Familiarity with Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice is a plus. - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and DevOps practices. - Strong SQL/database skills. - Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, or Service Cloud) are preferred. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in Healthcare or Life Sciences environments is highly preferred. - Visa: USC Only. ## Additional Information Preferred - Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification - Health Cloud Certification - Service Cloud Certification - Healthcare or Life Sciences domain experience Visa: USC Only
