" Responsibilities: Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic for our core applications. You will work closely with our product managers, front-end developers, and data scientists to build high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions that have a direct impact on our users. The ideal candidate is a proficient Python programmer with a strong understanding of web frameworks, databases, and software architecture principles. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Django. Design clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for production systems. Debug production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA). Optimize API performance, response times, and system throughput. Design systems to handle concurrency, asynchronous processing, and high traffic loads. Develop and integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements developed by front-end developers. Create and maintain RESTful APIs to power our web and mobile applications. Integrate with databases, data storage solutions, and third-party services. Write and implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
