Key Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality, scalable user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, Flutter, or React Native
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver end-to-end features
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions (Lead/Senior)
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
• Mentor junior developers and set best practices (Lead/Senior)

Requirements

• Proficiency in one or more of: React.js, Next.js, Flutter, React Native
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience building responsive and cross-platform UIs
• Familiarity with REST APIs and state management libraries (Redux, Riverpod, etc.)
• Good understanding of version control with Git
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• For Senior/Lead roles: proven track record of delivering production-grade applications
