Job Description

We are looking for a senior Salesforce Developer to design and build enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, working closely with architects and technical platform owners on end-to-end delivery. This hybrid role requires occasional travel to client sites and offers exposure to large-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Apex classes and triggers and Lightning Components to support business requirements
  • Build Lightning pages, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, Flow automations, asynchronous Apex, and integrations with Salesforce APIs
  • Create technical solution designs applying Salesforce best practices
  • Integrate third-party platforms and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Implement end-to-end components with minimal input from Architects/Leads
  • Collaborate with technical platform owners and stakeholders on delivery

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Proficient in Salesforce administration, Lightning framework, and Sales Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security controls
  • Experience with middleware technologies (e.g. Talend), web services, and API proxies like Apigee
  • Experience with managed package development (2GP) is a must
  • Familiarity with Gearset or similar Salesforce CI/CD deployment tools preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Performance rating not below 3/5
  • Must be available to travel to client sites as required
