Job Description

GEN AI DEVELOPER role with 12-15 years of experience focusing on AI, ML, data engineering, SAP data integration, and cloud-based MLOps to design and deliver enterprise-grade intelligent solutions. Requires solid Python, ML algorithms, statistics, SQL, ETL/ELT patterns, SAP data models, and production software engineering practices. Experience with Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, MLflow, Azure Data Factory, and Azure ML or similar platforms. Responsibilities include building, training, deploying, monitoring ML models, integrating AI solutions with SAP, designing end-to-end data pipelines, and implementing MLOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, train, validate, deploy, and monitor ML models for enterprise use cases
  • Build scalable AI and data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake
  • Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, model validation, versioning, and monitoring
  • Integrate AI solutions with SAP landscapes and data migration workflows
  • Translate business requirements into AI solution designs and implementation plans
  • Identify data quality issues, lineage gaps, and performance bottlenecks, and drive remediation
  • Develop proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and reusable accelerators for production readiness

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in AI-related roles
  • Hands-on experience with AI, ML, data integration, and MLOps
  • Strong foundation in Python, SQL, and distributed processing
  • Experience with SAP data models and SAP landscapes
  • Ability to design and implement end-to-end AI/data solutions in enterprise environments
