Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Native Mobile App Lead Developer with strong expertise in Native Android and/or iOS application development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and lead enterprise-level mobile applications while working closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and backend engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native mobile applications
  • Lead mobile application development and provide technical guidance to the development team
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable mobile solutions
  • Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software development experience
  • Strong experience in Native Android development using Kotlin and Java
  • Strong experience in Native iOS development using Swift and Objective-C
  • Experience leading mobile development teams
  • Strong knowledge of mobile application architecture and design patterns
  • Experience with REST APIs
  • Experience with Git/GitHub
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Any valid U.S. Work Authorization required
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (preferred)
  • Experience publishing applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store (preferred)
  • Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus (preferred)
