Job Description

Infospica is looking for a QA Manual Tester to join its offshore, work-from-home team. You will validate software quality across web and enterprise applications, working closely with developers and product owners in an Agile environment to ensure releases meet functional and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and system testing
  • Perform API testing to validate backend functionality and data integrity
  • Write and run SQL queries to verify data correctness during testing
  • Log, track, and manage defects through Jira across the STLC
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce, triage, and verify bug fixes

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with manual testing and STLC/SDLC processes
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data validation
  • Experience with API testing tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar test/defect management tools
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Immediate joiners preferred
