Job Description

Innomax IT Solutions is looking for passionate AI Developer Trainees to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This is a hands-on, full-time on-site role designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals eager to build a career in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, and Product Development. You will work alongside experienced professionals on real-world client projects, gaining practical exposure to AI-powered applications, automation solutions, chatbots, and modern software products. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and contribute to AI-powered applications and automation solutions
  • Develop and deploy chatbots and AI agents for real-world client use cases
  • Work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering techniques
  • Develop web and mobile applications using Python, Java, and JavaScript
  • Integrate and consume APIs in product development workflows
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on end-to-end client projects
  • Learn and apply AI & Machine Learning fundamentals in production environments
  • Participate in team code reviews, stand-ups, and product planning sessions

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with B.Tech / B.E. in CS, IT, AI & ML, Data Science, ECE, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Passionate about technology and eager to learn cutting-edge AI tools
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Portfolio, GitHub profile, or personal projects demonstrating initiative are a plus
