Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute manual and functional test cases for Medicaid systems and applications
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and traceability matrices
• Log, track, and manage defects through resolution using Jira and Azure DevOps
• Maintain test case repositories and execution records in TestRail
• Coordinate testing activities across waterfall and Agile project delivery models
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and state Medicaid stakeholders to validate requirements
• Support UAT coordination and sign-off processes
• Provide project-level QA leadership leveraging PMP-based project management practices

Requirements

• PMP certification required
• 15+ years of overall QA/testing experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and TestRail
• Proven experience working in both waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Prior Medicaid or state government healthcare systems testing experience strongly preferred
• Must be local to or willing to work hybrid in Columbia, SC
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
