Job Description

Innova Solutions is hiring a Python Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of overall experience (minimum 6+ years relevant in Python and React.js) to build secure, cloud-native applications handling sensitive healthcare data. The role involves working across the stack with FastAPI, TypeScript/React.js/Next.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform, with strong exposure to AI-assisted and agentic development workflows using tools like Claude Code. Openings available across Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, and Noida with hybrid and remote options. Notice period of up to 45 days for candidates currently serving is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI)
  • Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js/Next.js and TypeScript
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, indexing, and query performance
  • Build and manage containerized services using Docker
  • Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Adopt AI-assisted coding and agentic development approaches (e.g. Claude Code) in daily workflows
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices in a distributed systems architecture
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive healthcare data across the application stack
  • Collaborate using Git-based version control in an agile, fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience, with 6+ years minimum in Python and React.js
  • Strong proficiency in React.js/Next.js and TypeScript
  • Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI)
  • Solid experience with PostgreSQL including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Claude Code) and agentic approaches
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
  • Proficiency with Git-based version control systems
  • Experience building secure applications, particularly with sensitive healthcare data
  • Familiarity with VS Code and containerized development workflows
  • Notice period of up to 45 days if currently serving
