Job Description

We are hiring a Software Engineer with strong .NET development skills and product ownership experience on the Advent platform. The ideal candidate takes end-to-end ownership of Advent-based systems (approximately 60% Advent, 40% .NET) and brings basic Node.js knowledge along with day-to-day familiarity with modern AI tools such as code generation and prompting. This is an onsite, permanent role based in Dubai supporting wealth management operations including trading and mutual funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of Advent product modules including Moxy, Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX/PB), and portfolio management workflows
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET based applications and integrations
  • Apply basic Node.js knowledge to support related development tasks
  • Work within wealth management domain areas such as trading and mutual funds
  • Use AI tools for code generation, prompting, and staying current with the latest models and techniques

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Advent products (Moxy, Advent PB, portfolio management)
  • Proficiency in .NET development
  • Basic knowledge of Node.js
  • Basic knowledge of wealth management domain (trading, mutual funds, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools including code generation, prompting, and latest models
  • Immediate to 30 days notice period
